In 2012, I will continue to facilitate a Byron Katie study group with these cool people at The First Unitarian Church on Grover at 7pm on Thursday nights. Byron Katie's technique, known as 'The Work' , helps us to end needless mental suffering and live life in a friendly universe.
Katie's work has been of great value to me professionally and personally, I love to share it and provide a free intro session and group trainings for those interested who contact me.
