This site is created and published by me, Amanda Winters, an Austin, Texan transplanted from New Orleans, LA.

I am a  Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ mental health counselor, with a private practice

I adopted the nickname “Catalyst for Fun” because I love to crowd rouse (get people dancing) 
and point them to ways to live life to the fullest via this website and my newsletters, Facebook, Twitter and other social media.
 Although the website is still called "Catalyst for Fun",  it might just as well be called "Catalyst for Sustainable Fun" as I love to share resources beyond just the fun ones, especially
philosophical/self-transformation resources and opportunities , which keep the fun going even when the party ends.
